The subject of the thesis is the „Solnice Tourist Centre“ project. This project involves the reconstruction of 2 historical buildings in the center of Znojmo. This centre is on the national heritage register. The project aims to build a three star pension with a 51 bed capacity and offer value added services to tourists to the area. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the purpose and realization of this project on the basis of economical and financial indicators. Some key points to be looked at are: best option chosen, were financial requirements correctly defined, risks involved and future of the investment. This thesis will also be used as basis for documentation to claim a SROP grant.

Analysis of the Municipality Management Čejč

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of management and finance territorial autonomy units and the evaluation of the municipality management in Čejč. The first part of the work is focused on teoretical resoures of the community, budgetary system and the budget of the municipality. The second part deals with basic charakteristic municipality Čejč and analytics her managament. In the third part there are distcribed ideas for the economy improvements of situation and oppotrunities, where the municipality could obtain grants for further development.

The most effective way of investment financing is chosen with the help of cost benefit analysis and therefore own suggestions and recommendations are formulated.

Bachelor thesis addresses the issue of subsidies from the EU Structural Funds and other financing options. Its aim is to understand and navigate the problems of raising funds to finance investment projects of INOTECH spol. s.r.o. The main objective is to select the most appropriate method of funding for this type of investment project. The resulting proposals follow the theoretical part and the results of the analysis of the current situation.

The bachelor’s thesis evaluates the municipality economy of Ratíškovice in 2005 – 2008. The first part of the work is focused on theoretical knowledge. The second part of the work comprises the information about municipality and municipal office of Ratíškovice. The third part of the work analyses and evaluates the municipal budgets last four years. The last part of the work comprises suggestion of economy improvement of the municipality.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the most optimal variant of financing the investment project of the winery. The core of the work is to comparative analysis of a subsidy programme, a bank loan and a leasing. The diploma thesis is consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part, I am going to explain the sources of project financing and ways which determine the effectiveness of the project. The practical part evaluates the management of the winery and describes budget of project. In conclusion, I suggest the specific possibility of project financing.

This topic is discussed much, because from these funds is exempt considerable amount of money for all member states of European union, including the Czech republic. Many companies try to reach and get some of these funds through their projects, for which they request grants. In my thesis, I will concentrate on Structural funds of EU and projects prepared for application for grant.

Analysis and Design of Information System MEDIMED

This work deals with the modifications of project MeDiMed, which ceased to meet the requirements it imposed. In the first part the main objectives, targets and methods to achieve them are defined. The second part deals with the theory that is needed to understand the issue. In the practical part, which is based on the theory is prepared SWOT analysis and the modified HOS-8 analysis of the current state, whose results are then analyzed. The next section presents design of new solution. The conclusion summarizes all the proposed solutions and knowledge that have been achieved in this work.

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem s potenciálem získat grant ze strukturálních fondů EU. Předmětem projektu je založení školicího střediska, které je určeno především pro vlastní zaměstnance firmy působící v oboru výroby a prodeje optických korečních pomůcek a přístrojů. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt, který řeší současné potřeby firmy a zároveň splňuje všechny požadavky relevantního operačního programu. Obsah práce je zaměřen na úspěšné podání plné projektové žádosti tak, aby projekt získal podporu z Evropských fondů.
